The Department of State’s (DOS) Office of Private Sector Exchange Administration announced that it began performing site visits to J-1 intern and trainee host organizations in February 2015. Last spring, DOS performed similar visits, which were aimed at gathering information and observing the program. Participating organizations will not be given advance notice to prepare for the visits.
