Norka Lecca, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Norka is an associate attorney at the Fonte Immigration Firm, P.L. She represents clients in employment-based petitions, family-based petitions, naturalization, consular processing, and removal proceedings.

Prior to joining our firm, Norka attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor, cum laude, with a concentration in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Norka served as the Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication & Research II, and earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award in Law, Policy, & Technology. She was also awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for her involvement as a student intern at the University of Miami School of Law Investor Rights Clinic, where she helped represent underserved investors in securities arbitration claims against their brokers before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Norka also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Miami, summa cum laude, and graduated with Highest Honors and Distinction from the Honors College at Miami Dade College with her Associate of Arts degree. Norka is fluent in English and Spanish.
