Marjorie Arias joined Fonte Friz-Garcia in February 2025 and brings extensive experience in immigration law. She has worked with clients on family-based petitions, asylum applications, and naturalization processes. From 2014 to 2022, she was a DOJ Accredited
Representative in Pennsylvania, providing legal services to immigrant communities before relocating to Florida, where she currently resides. She worked for an Immigration Law Firm in Northwest Florida for two years before joining our firm.
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Marjorie is a licensed attorney in Colombia and earned her J.D. from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. After moving to the United States in 2001, she completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Northeastern University School of Law as part of her goal to become a licensed attorney in the U.S.
Marjorie is fluent in Spanish and English and is dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
