The Director of USCIS, Leon Rodriguez, told lawmakers that USCIS is reviewing the K fiancé(e) visa program, and that the agency has been ordered to retroactively review such cases approved in recent years. The K visa was used by one of the attackers in San Bernardino, California. Applicants should expect longer waiting periods for their cases.
