Board Certification

The Florida Bar

Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in a specific field.  Board Certification helps clients identify specialists in particular areas of law, including Immigration & Nationality Law.  Only 6% of Florida Bar members are Board Certified.  Attorney Magda Montiel Davis was among the first group of attorneys to become Board Certified in Immigration & Nationality Law.  Attorney Kari Ann Fonte has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Immigration for over 10 years.
